Gailes’ Violin Shop, Inc. is part of a small group of dedicated American dealer/makers building a supply and marketing association with the purpose of finding the best makers from all over the world at the best prices for our clients. So far, the members have traveled to Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, and China to attend International Trade Fairs and visit individual Master-makers and their workshops. We seek to insure that workshops are run in a way that is ethical to us – no sweat shop conditions, no child labor, no employee exploitation, and as environmentally friendly as possible. The shops we have selected, and will select in the future, live up to our stringent standards.
